Uh, tonight we have an application for the property located at 24 Orchard Road, Cs map 57, lot 24 in the R1A zoning district owned by Chris O’Shea and Lindsay O’Grady. Applicants are seeking a finding under zoning bylaw. Section 5.3, 4, 0.5 for dimensional relief from the side yard setback requirements. Um, so. The owner, you’re the owner. I’m Chris. Yep, yep, yeah, um, so we live in a single level ranch home now, um, that’s constructed as a garage mud room and primary residence, like a lot of the ranches around town and our intention is to build up on the primary residence, second story, um, just building over the primary residence, not the mud room or the garage, and essentially it’d be a traditional New England cape style home with steep roof, 3 dormers in the front, full shed dormer off the back, but not expanding the property. further or Above whatever is existing today, so. OK. We saw the site plan. I did not see any. Architectural drawings on it. Did that, did that come along? I didn’t see it in the packet, but do you have drawings here with me or the floor plans if that’s what you’re looking for. elevations elevations, yeah. Uh, I can share with you what I have. We have a site plan, um, Showing you’re gonna do a little overhang on the back, a little bit on the front. OK, here we go. Yeah, more of a just how it looks in the street and yeah structural is not so important but very standard, yeah. And it’s not going it’s not doing any sort of odd configurations. No, not at all, and it’s staying in line with Other houses on the street I drove by today. And we saw in the photos as well so. Yeah, and we got the list of residents in this neighborhood that. For supporting this project too so it’s a pretty lengthy list. It’s good. Um, Yeah, congratulations, that doesn’t always happen, yeah, I think everyone thought I was soliciting, knocking on the door is a little dangerous these days, but I know he’s kind of strange that most are arranged over text, so it all worked out good, um. I would like to say if anybody is on Zoom, but we don’t have Zoom tonight, so there’s nobody else in here, so. Um, any questions about it? I have no, yeah, I have no.
